Tricia Hunter has worked in human resources since December 2002. Her wide range of experience includes employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and strategic human resources advisory. Tricia has served as a trusted advisor to both executives and employees, aligning organizational goals and HR strategy while fostering a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
Most recently, Tricia served as Director of People Operations for a non-profit organization where she led a three-person HR team. In this role, she successfully implemented the Dayforce performance management system, improving operational efficiency and increasing staff satisfaction by 10%. To ensure a seamless rollout, she delivered comprehensive manager and employee training while serving as a trusted HR partner, providing timely and effective support to both leadership and staff.
Previously, as Director of Human Resources at another organization, Tricia provided strategic HR leadership while guiding and developing a two-person HR team.
